Employees have the option to add family members to their policy and pay the additional premiums through our monthly payroll.

* Please note that if members wish to make a claim, they will need to have a GP referral first. Once this has been obtained, it is important that a `pre-authorisation' from Aviva is obtained before any treatment takes place.  

Juzo's PMI also includes cover for dental and optical expenses. There is a £50 excess charge for this so employees should use the Healthshield scheme for routine appointments up to the annual allowance limits and use this Aviva cover for more substantial and expensive treatments.
