If you work in our regional sales team, you can take advantage of one duvet day a year. This can be taken at short notice if there's a quiet work day to enjoy some last minute time off. 

For our office based team, you can celebrate your birthday by having the day off work to enjoy your special day.

The duvet and birthday leave day are in addition to holiday leave and employees are eligible to take this after 3 months' service.
